How do I stop the Nest Renew Spam and Advertisments in the Nest App

I have looked everywhere and am unable to turn off these annoyance.  I will be canceling/not renewing all my Nest Services if this continues.

That is interesting. I have used the Nest App for year and I have never been sent any spam or advertisements for the App.

Likely youve been auto-enrolled in Nest Renew without knowing it and thats why you arent getting the pop-ups

I have never to “pay” for the Nest App nor the account.  There is no auto-renew for the Nest App.  So, I am not clear on what you are speaking about. How about  posting some screenshots of these ads you are receiving.

You should research what Nest Renew is. Only people who arent getting the pop-ups are those who are subscribed.
