How long does it take for a rep to email me the nest thermostat rest information to my email?

I checked on your other topic here and saw you completed the form. I take it you haven't received an email from the team yet? Did you check your junk/spam folders?

Yes I did check my junk mail and nothing is there.

How long does it take for someone to get back to me with the information. It’s been two weeks almost. It doesn’t show in the help any phone numbers for live support. You don’t have any???

I'm sorry that it is taking longer than usual. Unfortunately, there's no specific time they'll get in touch with you. The phone number for Nest is no longer available. You just need to click the link above and follow the prompt, then it will route you to get a representative without needing to dial any number.
