How to create a pin for thermostat

I need help creating a pin for my Nest 2nd generation thermostat. It looked me out of my thermostat after I connected it to the wifi. I need help with this ASAP!!!

If your thermostat is still connected to Wi-Fi and you can see it in the Nest app or Home app, you can unlock and reset the PIN using the app:
