How to enter pro mode after homeowner installation (multiple zones)

Have successfully installed 2 units / 6 total thermostats. No issues with previous wiring or installation. New zone wiring has B, O, G, Y, W and Rc. 

Believe blue is common (Rheem). I have the pro installation guide - how to enter this mode in nest app? I was asked the first time I used it and selected homeowner.

I understand you are having trouble installing your Nest Thermostats in a new zone since you already successfully installed two of your six thermostats using previous wiring, and now you're working with new zone wiring that includes B, O, G, Y, W, and Rc wires.   • What type of HVAC system do you have?
  • Could you please share a picture of your previous thermostat’s wiring?
