Google Nest thermostat is the only device that connects ‘weak’ with a brand new Google Home mesh router. The two Google products are mounted  within 10 feet of each other and can’t shake hands any better than this? All products have latest firmware updates. 25 devices rocking solid signal connections EXCEPT the one with the same maker 😂

Hey there,

Thanks for responding so quickly and letting us know that information. I know wifi issues in regards to the thermostat can be frustrating, but I think I found some information that might help.

I would suggest taking a look at this article that has some troubleshooting steps for wifi. If you're still having issues with that,  I would suggest contacting a pro to come out to help you with this since it may be an issue that we are unable to fix without having a technician come there.

Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
