I'm trying to replace a wireless receiver with the nest thermostat E. The current receiver sits between the boiler and a fused switch which provides power.
I've identified the common and normally open wires needed by nest. But, it is unclear what to do with the 2 live, neutral and earth wires.

Hi walln,
Thanks for reaching out to our community.
I appreciate your inquiry asking for help to identify the place of the Nest Thermostat E installation to connect 2 live, neutral, and earth wires that actually uses your wireless receiver, and thank you for the pictures of your actual wires installation. This information allows me to provide you with better assistance.
Based on the information provided, it appears that your HVAC system is proprietary, which unfortunately means it's not directly compatible with Nest thermostats. I'd recommend consulting with a local HVAC professional. They can assess your system and determine if an upgrade or installation is feasible. You can consult this article for more information: Identify a thermostat wire.
Feel free to keep us posting if you have more questions.
Best regards,
Virna
