How to replace my old Honeywell Thermostat control by Nest learning?

Hi, Dears,

I want replace my current Honeywell Thermostat control by Nest learning, but my old control have 6 wires, there are Green, Black,Red,Yellow,White and Blue, there is another Orange under the board, I didn't open it.

So, I want to know how to connect them.  I have checked some Youtube introduction video, but they have different explain, so I want get the accurate and professional answer from you.
