so I have a 2 story home with 1 zone a/c but have 2 zone heat. question because have 2 nests could you hook up both to the same commpressor. could you =just wire them in together , and or have one nest on the w1, spot and one nest on the w2 stop on the wall , so the fans will work like a 2 stage or just both on the w1 spot and each nest would turn on fans when they call for it . thanks

No, you can not use two separate thermostats (manufacture doesn't matter) to control one system. that is what a zone controller is for.

Is the a/c separate from the heat? if you have a zone controller installed, then both the heating and cooling should be going through the same ducts.
