I just closed a house and it's built in 2016. Not that old and the AC is working fine with previous thermostat. Then I have a new Nest Thermostat and try to install with the AC. I don't think my AC has dual fuel (no gas in my house at all). As I try to follow the instruction on Nest, the fan can work but never deliver heat air. I can hear my AC is also working but nothing changes on temperature.
Any idea about how to wire this? Thanks!

Only the Nest 3rd Gen Learning Thermostat is compatible with your system.
Give this wiring a try.
Red - R to Rc
Orange - O to OB
Brown - C to C
Yellow Y1 to Y1
Black - E/W1 to * (set as emergency heat)
Green - G to G
White - W2 to W2 (set as AUX heat)

Hi Patrick, Thanks for the help. Yes, I'm using the Nest 3rd Gen Learning Thermostat. The picture below is what I just wired following your suggestion. But unfortunately, the AC still cannot turn on the heat. The fan is working but only deliver cool air. I don't understand. Do you have any idea why?

Hey ChrisVAC,
Thanks for your update and for providing more details on your post.
You can also check your equipment settings in your thermostat. Go to settings > equipment > select the right heat source and type. From here, you can also test your heating and cooling. This will make sure that your wire configuration is correct following the heat pump wiring from the base.
Let us know how it goes by replying to this thread.
Best regards,
Ryan
