How to wire a Nest E for a garage

No C wire. Have a 24 amp two wire Which I believe goes to R and C terminals. Which wire do run to my heater (only)? W? thanks ahead. Tech support at Nest couldn't answer my question. Told me to schedule a technician.

Take some pictures of the board and your wires at the wall. You shouldn't be running any wires. And you said first you have no C but later said you have an R and C. You MUST have a C wire. Otherwise you will need a harness/converter that matches your system.

No wall wires. Only the 24 amp transformer. What I meant to say is that I think the 24 amp wires plug into the R and C terminals on the Nest.

The 24 amp transformer plugs into a 110v wall socket for electric power
