Humidity readings

I have a 3rd gen nest learning, I can’t seem to find in the app where I view current or historical humidity readings?

There is a setting on the thermostat called "Cool to Dry" to start AC in case of high humidity.  Does the thermostat measure humidity and if so where can that reading be seen?  Can a humidity reading be seen on the app?  What level of humidity does the thermostat consider high enough to start AC?
