I can't change preset temperature in app

I set the pre set temperatures for the air conditioning the other day and decided I wanted to adjust the Eco setting. Its set to 76 currently and I want to change it to 75 but when I go to edit the presets it will only let me + and the - is like greyed out. I don't understand.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your inquiry.

You can go to the Google Home app again to change the temperature under the Temperature Preferences. Please check out this article for more information. 

Here's how:

1. Open the Google Home app.
2. Tap Favorites or Devices .
3. Select your thermostat.
4. Tap Settings .
5. Select Temperature preferences.
6. Choose Temperature presets.
7. Select the preset you want to edit.
8. Tap + or – to change the temperature.

The minus sign is greyed out and won't let me hit it. Only the plus sign can be hit.

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. It appears that the Temperature presets won't allow you to go further, as it was the default temperature range. I would suggest that you create your own Eco temperature instead, so you can set it to your desired temperature.

I am the one who set the defaults so it's weird I can't change them. The heat lets me go plus or minus but the cool only lets me plus on the presets.  Thanks for your help.

I'm sorry for the delayed response. If the same issue persists, can you also check the other temperature presets that hinder you from lowering the temperature? The temperature might be lower than what you have in the Eco temperature.
