Hello everyone Please help if you can I need to go from my old thermostat to this one. I dont know what to do.

You have a Heat Pump, so use the inner labels on the righthand terminal on the new thermostat.

The blue and black jumpers are not used on the new thermostat.

Just match the labels, and the red wire goes to the R terminal, and the white wire to the AUX terminal.
