I have tried everything. I connected it to my sons Chromebook and it’s recognizing it but I can’t figure it out myself. Any help is appreciated, as we’ve been too hot or too cold lol. Plz & Thanks!

Nest tech support has to help you to reset it after you have it connected to a laptop.
Hopefully they will respond to this soon.

Hi Fahlon,
Thanks for being ahead in troubleshooting your Nest Thermostat. Can you look for the Nest folder on your computer screen or search for technicalinfo.PLIST file on your Chromebook? I'll look forward to your response.

But also I can’t save the file as .Dropbox as it says it’s reserved for system something or another
