Good afternoon.
I recently moved and tried to install my nest thermostat to my new place but my new place's thermostat has 8 cables in total. They are coded as R, W/Y, Y/A, GI, Gm, Gh, C, Sc. I saw Nest Learner thermostats have 10 cable points. My questions are, Can use my current Nest thermostat, if not would a Nest learner thermostat work?

It looks like your new place has a system with three fan speeds (Gl, Gm, and Gh). I'm not sure what the Sc is for at this moment.
If you have the Google Nest Thermostat (mirrored display) it should work but with only one speed for the fan.
The Learning Thermostat can handle all three speeds.
If you can post a picture of the current thermostat's wiring here, I'll take a look.

The picture you provide confirms that you have a 3-speed blower in your system and the Nest Learning Thermostat, 3rd Gen is the best one.
You can use the Google Nest Thermostat (mirrored display) by selecting one of the Gx wires and placing it in the G terminal. The downside is you will only have that one blower speed all of the time.

Thank you for your assistance, can you tell me which one for medium?
