I have honeywell T8112D1005 that has only 2 wire to R and W. Will it be compatible with Nest E?

It might be compatible. Nest thermostats work better with a C (common) wire. However it might work. You almost certainly have a W and R wire.

You can use the Compatibility Checker to verify which models.

In addition to what sporfrog has mentioned, you could also check the wire labels from the main terminal on your HVAC unit. Once confirmed, you could use the online compatibility checker for further information.
