I have moved and I left the Nest Thermostat at my old home for the new user. The Nest Thermostat is not currently connected to any WIFI network. And I no longer have the Nest App on my old iPhone 6. I am unable to remove the Nest Thermostat from my Google Account. And Nest Customer Service has been totally non-helpful.

Yes I still need help. Nothing has changed. I did not receive any response from you or anyone at Google after responding to your request to send you the Case Number.
