Nest thermostat home report has old information from a previous address

Hi I recently reinstalled an older V1 nest learning thermostat that i had some years ago from a previous property

in my new home and completed the migration process to a google account, the stat works fine along with the new

google nest app. My problem is that when I have started to recieve my home reports it is still titled as my old address and is trying to copy in my ex wife on the email which is not ideal. I have updated all the information in the nest app but this does not seem to have carried through to the home report email which is still using old information how do  Iget this resolved as it is a potential data privacy issue. thanks.

Have you also updated your information in Google Home?  That might be where the old info is coming from.

Hey folks,

Appreciate your answer, johnCNA.

@A1d360, sorry to hear about this but thanks for reaching out to the Google Nest Community. To confirm— are you logging into the Nest or Google Home app using a migrated Google account? When you reinstalled this thermostat, did you create a new home on your Nest app or did you just edit the old home where it was setup before when it was on your old address? Let me know more so I can dig deeper into it.

Best,

as far as i recall i migrated the nest account and then edited the existing home in the nest app i think i had to create a new home in the google home app as i had not used it before.
