I’ve only had this installed for a few months and it was working fine, now all I get is h71 and failed to connect. I tried several times in moving the thermostat, resetting the heat link and the thermostat and it’s still the same. I’m ready to throw the thing.

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. What color is the light on your Heat Link?

hi, it’s a yellow/orange light. I’ve tried to re pair the link and thermostat but it still fails to connect.

Got it. While trying to reconnect them, you should see a blue light on your Heat Link. Let's try to press and hold the button on the Heat Link for longer ( 30 - 60 seconds ).

Thanks for letting us know, @Marti67,
From the last messages, I've went to the conclusion that the intermittent disconnections are caused by the interference in your home. In order to be able to recognize and treat the symptoms of wireless interference, please access the following online help article and read it thoroughly: Troubleshoot wireless interference . Please let us know when you've read the article and applied the steps from it.
