I have a 2 zone system, but I only have the Nest on 1 zone. I connected y/y, r/r and put the "C" into "C" but there were no wires.  I have attached pictures. HELP

This is for 2-wire thermostat if you get N260 with or without Nest Power Connector.

So I am kinda in the same situation. I installed the power adapter and it is still not detected. After playing with it for hours I accidentally left the C wire from the condenser disconnected. Now my nest detected the power adapter. I realized there was a problem when my outside unit would not turn on. When I reconnected that wire, my thermostat no longer detected the power adapter.

I am having the same issue. I honestly think it’s a software bug like some others have mentioned. I am on version 1.1-9, but seeing 1.1-11 was rolled out a few months ago, but has stopped. Others are stuck on the same version as me. I also see a “!” under wiring info and am connected to Y-W-G-R (all blue letters). Wiring is correct in app too. Google, do something! Obviously multiple people have the same issue, none of the support or troubleshooting guides you offer help. So this is on you to figure out on the backend. Are there any updates?

I am having the same issue.  Unable to update my firmware to to 1.1-11, unable to get the Nest power adapter to be detected, unable to get any support from Google beyond links to articles or paying to have a pro look at it.

Wondering if anyone had any other ideas.
