I need to replace my nest thermostat

My nest thermostat is unable to connect to the WIFI.

Model number is PW0C8A

Please send me my replacement nest thermostat for free to below address at the earliest -

@anjali12, oh no! I'm sorry to hear that your thermostat is unable to connect to the WI-FI. Let me take a look at this for you. A few questions: 

 

  1. Is the thermostat display working?
  2. Can your thermostat find other Wi-Fi networks?
  3. How far away is the thermostat from the router?
  4. Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the thermostat?
  5. Can your other devices find your Wi-Fi network name (SSID)?
  6. Are you able to access the internet from your phone or computer?
  7. Do you only have one Wi-Fi network, or are there multiple ones? If there are others, do any of them end in _ext?
  8. Are you trying to connect to the 2.4 GHz or the 5 GHz network?
  9. What’s the make and model of your router?
  10. Is there error code or message that appears on the thermostat display?
  11. Did you try using the Help Center or troubleshooter before contacting support? If so, which steps have you tried already?
