I purchased the nest thermostat and the wiring is not compatible.
Is it possible to exchange and pay the difference? The thermostat was not installed and online it says return is not possible.
Trying to contact nest sales support seems impossible. Wish I had purchased through a local store.
Any help is appreciated.
