I reset my thermastat because it was stuck on a high temperature. It said to come here to restart.

If you need to perform a factory reset, you need to wake up the thermostat, rotate the ring to MENU, and select, then rotate ring to RESET and select.

@rrusse28, could you please tell us more about what's happening? Weren't you able to adjust the temperature on the thermostat itself or on the app? Also, have a look at this guide on how to restart or reset the Nest thermostat.
