I have become unable to access my Nest thermostat through the Nest App on my iPhone12. The app continues to work on our other iPhone12. I have not deleted the Nest, but I followed the instructions to add product. The app tells me the Entry Key is incorrect and I am unable to proceed. Is there any way to get re-connected?

Hi Bosworth,
Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the delay. For you to be able to add your Nest Thermostat to the app you must have an Entry Key that you can find under the Nest app option on your thermostat. I suggest restarting your thermostat Account Connection before adding it to the app.
