Installing a Nest Thermostat with 6 Wires

I am trying to install a Nest Thermostat in a new build home with 6 wires:

yellow, white, green, blue, red, black

Builder installed a Honeywell Smart Thermostat with the following set up:

Yellow to Y

White to W

Green to G

Blue to C

Red to R

Black to U

Can you please advise setup for the Nest with this wire configuration?

@Kate1973 , the Honeywell U terminal can be ignored.  You use Y, W, G, R, C win your Nest Thermostat
