Internet Outage, now no power to thermostat

We had an internet outage that lasted for about 12 hours.

Now the thermostat says no power is coming to the Rc wire.

The wiring was not changed and the power didn't go out.  What's going on?

Hi folks,

@45matai how's it going with your Nest Thermostat? You may try removing the display and recharge it with a USB cable for 10 minutes. In case 10 minutes is not enough try recharging it for 1 hour then, give us an update with its power reading. Go to the settings of your Nest Thermostat> Technical info> power. We need the power reading of voc, vin, iin and battery.
