Is Google Nest Compatible for Vertical Fan Coil Unit?

I wanted to confirm if my current wiring for my current HVAC system (4-pipe, vertical fan coil

unit) is compatible for Google Nest thermostat? The wires as shown below are: W, F, T, G, R, Y, 1, 2, 3
