Hello @Dougman,

Thanks for reaching out. Have you tried using the following compatibility checker: Compatibility Checker? Also, from your image, it looks like the wire colors doesn't match the lettering.

Thank you for your response. I've used the compatibility checker and it directs me to take a photo but never gets to a point where I can upload for assistance. That's why I tried the community board. Also, I did notice that the wires do not match the lettering but the system has been functioning properly for the five years since I bought the home. This stat controls only the hot water heating system and I thought it would be nice to upgrade it and have remote access to system with an app. Note: There is one of these connected for each of the 4 heating zones in the home. A separate unit and thermostat are used for cooling.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the delay. In what country are you located?

I appreciate your help, @listairee.

Hey Dougman,

Thanks for the quick update. Could you please provide the make and model of your Honeywell thermostat as well with your heating system?

Regards,

Jenelyn

The two photos I posted with my original query are the best I can do for model of thermostat. I is original to the home from 1960's. The heating system is a gas-fired, hot water boiler system by American Standard also from the 60's. There are 4 heating zones in the home with a thermostat for each zone. Hope this helps!

Hi Dougman,

I wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

Please send us a photo of your hot water system's control panel where the other end of your thermostat wires are connected so we can better check for its compatibility with our Nest Thermostats.

Thanks for the help here, @listairee and Jenelyn.

Best,

Zoe

I am trying to upload a couple of photos but it tells me I'm not authorized to add photos? Any ideas how I can get those pics to you?

The Honeywell box is difficult to reach and there are screws to take the cover off, or open it. If you need to see inside that box I will figure out how to get to it. Thanks!IMG_5236.jpegIMG_5237.jpegIMG_5238.jpegIMG_5239.jpeg
