Is my HVAC compatible with Nest?

 The faceplate is Honeywell. I went through the online nest diagnostics and it said my system was not compatible with Nest. I just bought the house. It’s 10 years old and the A/C system seems pretty common/normal. The house is a cookie cutter type house on a street where all the houses look the same. Maybe I selected the wrong wires on the Nest setup?

Looks like it is compatible although you have that orange wire connected to W which is for heating it might have been set up as heat pump which is maybe what you have need to verify type of system but wires look like they’re compatible

@JoshKletus, thanks for posting here in the Community forum and for showing interest in our Nest Thermostats.  Fortunately, your thermostat wires are compatible with our Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd generation and should be wired to the Nest Learning Thermostat as shown:
