Is my HVAC compatible with a Nest thermostat?

Could use your help in determining whether any of the Nest thermostats are compatible with this wiring to a Honeywell thermostat.  Thanks in advance.

I have this exact same setup I am using the Nest E. But I'm having an issue with the app saying not offline when it is online...
