@sans2010 , Google has a really neat online compatibility checking tool. Here is the link and all you have to do is input the wires that your current thermostat uses, and it will evaluate that and recommend the thermostat models that are compatible. Here is the link:

@sans2010, it appears that your system is Nest-compatible. Please make sure to follow the corresponding terminals on each wire. Also, you no longer have to use a jumper wire, as thermostats have one internally.
