Yes, your system is compatible with any Nest thermostat.

Try this wiring

White - W to W1 or W

Yellow - Y to Y1 or Y

Green - G to G

Red - R to Rc or R

Blue - If the blue wire is not connected, then I strongly suggest that you use it to create a C wire by connecting it to the C terminal on both ends

The "or" is for the Google Nest Thermostat wiring
