Nest Thermostat(s) and Vivinet Home System

I had Vivinet installed in my home.  The tech said my current Honeywell 3-zone thermostat system is NOT compatible with their system.  He suggested to change to Nest thermostats.  Can anyone tell me if Nest thermostats will work in a 3-zoned system that doesn't have S wires?

Can you help me with a photo of your system's control board, where the other end of the thermostat wires are connected, as well as its make and model?
