Is my thermostat compatible

 hello we just moved into a new house and they took the old thermostat. This is what we walked into. Is a nest thermostat compatible?

Take a look at the terminal block on the control board in the furnace/air handler and post a picture of it here.

I would say a Nest will be contaptible.
