Is my wiring compatible?

I seem to have more wires that normal, can someone advise if my wiring/furnace is compatible with the new nest 2020?

Hi Edward, 
Thanks for folowing up. SO you are saying my unit is not compatible with the google nest thermostat 2020, only the nest learning thermostat. 

I prefer the look of the new google nest 2020 thermostat over the older version..

Hi scatter,

Thanks for the response. The Nest Thermostat 2020 only has 6 terminals. I would suggest getting the Nest Learning Thermostat so you could wire everything from your HVAC system.
