so as of recently my AC compressor turns on, the fan blows for a bit, than the fan turns off but the compressor is on. I've tried to reset it, same thing happens. Either wires are not in the right place or my actual fan blower isn't working. Help

Hi Ronlives,

Thanks for posting in the Google Nest Community forum. I'd like to check it further for you. Could you please take a photo of the wires connected directly to your HVAC control board? Also, the photo of the wires that were connected to your old thermostat. It will help us see if those wires are in the correct terminals. Please check your Nest Learning Thermostat power readout.

You can follow this guide:

  1. Go to your thermostat Quick View menu.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Look for Technical Info.
  4. Select Power.

Best,

Jenelyn

You guys took TOO LONG to reply. I called an HVAC specialist and they fixed it for me. Thanks for nothing. You can close the thread.
