Is there a number to speak to a person other than wait for them to call me.

I am wanting to actually talk to someone about our nest thermometer.   Can you have a live chat and if so where do I find that?   How long do they take when you put the request for a call back to deal with your problem?  

Problems

Low battery that can’t seem to keep a charge even using the USB option
Cannot connect to wifi
Device is getting hot to touch
Keeps turning off and on and not able to function to cool the house.  We took the downstairs Nest upstairs to try that and it works so clearly an issue with the upstairs Nest Unit as the AC unit is working just can’t control it.
I had the AC man come out and he had to disconnect and put a temporary unit on until we get a replacement.  We live in Texas so can not be without AC at this time with the temperatures we are having just now.

Thank you.  I managed to do it from this link.  I had already sent a message in but it didn’t give me the option to chat or have a phone call.   I chose call and within 30 seconds I was speaking to a guy who helped to re troubleshoot.  Outcome is that I need a replacement as it is not working.  Boxed and ready to FedEx tomorrow.

I’m stupid I’m trying to animal is called. What is a Google nest or Google screens? I’m trying to set up. Got a new Wi-Fi transit up all my cameras with my ADT. I don’t know what the hell I’m doing. I can’t get nobody freaking google help me.
