I'm looking to upgrade to a Nest Learning Thermostat and am having difficulties confirming compatibility with my current (old!) White-Rodgers system.

Hi Jake,

I started there, but because of the naming conventions used to label the wires on the old unit, the checker wasn’t conclusive.  I’ve had more luck on YouTube, but was hoping someone could tell with the photos.

Sorry to see the confusion around this. Definitely appreciate you providing those photos to us, unfortunately since we aren't electricians, we don't know how your individual system is set up. 

I would suggest contacting a pro to come out to help you with this since they would be the best one's to look at this to help you out.
