Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to our community! We appreciate that you're considering a Nest Thermostat for your home. Let's see what your wires mean. 
 
It looks like you have the necessary wires for Nest Thermostat to function. Here's what they denote plugged into the terminal: 
  • Your G wire controls your fan. 
  • Your W/AUX wire is both your heat system and auxillary heat.
  • Your R and Rc are your heating/cooling system wires. 
  • Your B port can be used for a c-wire, or common wire, to provide a consistent charge from your HVAC to your thermostat. Here's more info on them. If necessary, here's the no-wire-needed solution, our Power Connector.
If you decide to purchase, the Nest app will also provide a custom wiring diagram and let you know what you need. Of course, we can't exactly know the specifications of your particular HVAC system, so we recommend contacting a Nest Pro if there's any troubles during installation.
