My thermostat does not have any numbers/letters

My Trane thermostat does not have any numbers or letters.

Hello Pablo,

Thank you for reaching out to us and welcome to the community! We're happy to hear your home is a Nest one. I understand wiring issues can be complicated, but I'm happy to look into this with you. 

Since we are unfamiliar with Trane's wiring setup, we'd suggest reaching out to their support team for guidance. You can also use the Compatibility Checker to see if your system is compatible. Then, if it is I would suggest using this article to help identify the different wires. If you're still having troubles after that, I would suggest contacting a pro to come out to help you with this since I know that the Nest thermostat is not compatible with stranded wires, every wire has to be connected to the Nest Thermostat system.
