I've been using my Nest Learning Thermostat in wireless mode for about a year without issues but suddenly the LED started blinking orange. Checked the Heat Link and there the status LED was lit orange. Checked the menu of the thermostat and ran into an error N9 which seems to be non-existing!? Did a complete reset on the thermostat with no result. Next I did a reset on the Heat Link and now it remains blinking blue. So it seems like the connection between the thermostat and Heat Link isn't made anymore and my thermostat also shows no devices when I look in the settings.
What could be wrong here? Unfortunately the company that I bought it from went out of business so I can't go back to them.
