Learning Thermostat issues

Before using Google Home, my 2 Learning Thermostats were connected to the Nest App and working fine. Once I connected to Google Home, only one would connect and it randomly sets the temp at 50 degrees! I don’t notice until I’m freezing and it’s always during the most expensive time of the day to use electricity. So frustrating! Someone said it happed to them and they had to change their wifi password so I did that, but it keeps happening. Now it won’t let me disconnect from Google home. I want to disconnect it and just use the Nest app like before. Any help would be appreciated.

I’m not really “good to go” since the Nest App won’t let me have more than 1 thermostat listed that I can control from my phone. But it doesn’t sound like there’s much you can do about that.

I am having the same issue.  I did notice a pattern though.  Whenever this happens one of my Google home speakers is offline and can't reconnect to the internet.   Just 1 speaker and it's a different one each time.  The wifi and internet connection are fine.   The Nest thermostat, remaining Google home speakers and all other wifi devices are still online. I've  disabled every Thermostat feature that could possibly contribute to this.   Glad to have found someone else linking it to Google Home.

I just stopped using Google Home and connected one of the thermostats to my Nest App w/my Google acct and had to create a nest login for my wife on her google acct. If I want to adjust the downstairs, I have to logout of my acct and login to her account. So annoying but it’s the only way I have been able to figure out using both thermostats in the nest app.
