Living in Kuwait and Nest Thermostat 3rd gen doesn't show weather

Hi mates

I am living in Kuwait and just purchased nest thermostat learning 3rd gen device. I installed it without any issue and start the configuration. However I faced weather doesn't show after initial setup. My steps were:

1. During configuration, nest thermostat locates my position (Kuwait City, KW) and prompted that if I am in KW and I agreed.

2. After finishing the configuration, the thermostat shows outside weather and everything showed ok.

3. After some time passes (around 2 hours), suddenly it stopped showing the info. Also if I want to do TEST, it prompts me that weather info is not available.

I did factory reset, I checked my nest app address and its correct. Seems issue is in nest app, I can't see Kuwait as my country (just KSA and UAE are available) so I have to use KSA because of time zone (KW and KSA are both in TZ +3 GMT)

I am really frustrated as I did lots of different tricks (disabling Home/Away, change address to Kuwait City instead on my own location etc.) but no success.

Anybody could give me a hint?
