Help needed urgently if possible please. Have an elderly parent whose heating I control with the app nest E .At the moment she has a problem on her bt line and wifi keeps dropping out. I was under the impression that the heat link would still work with the thermostat and follow the schedule even if wifi wasn't connected. Have managed to get her to manually override the system but this also seems to randomly go off, so not sure how to address this problem as she doesn't really understand the procedure of resetting .
