Lost connectivity with nest thermostat when I purchased a new iPhone

I lost connectivity with my thermostat when I purchased a new iPhone.  Suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out to our Nest community about your Nest app. I apologize for all the inconvenience. I'm happy to find a solution for you.

 

You can get access to your new cellphone with the same previous account. You only need to follow these steps:

 

  • Download the Nest app: You can find it on the Apple App Store.
  • Open the app: Launch the Nest app on your new device.
  • Sign in: The same Google account as your previous phone should log in. This is typically the account linked to your Nest devices.
  • Access your devices: Once logged in, you should be able to see and control your Nest devices, such as your thermostat, cameras, and other compatible products.

If your thermostat doesn't have access to the network, let me know, and I will find an answer for your situation.
