I've had 2 nest learning thermostats in 2 separate locations for years. Both working great. Yesterday the thermostat in my main home doesn't show in the nest app but does show in the home app. The other thermostat does show in the nest app. How can I reconnect my main home thermostat to the nest app again? The thermostat in question, my main home, says it is connected to an account.

Just in case the steps above don't work for you, perform a Factory Reset and set it up again.
