Lost thermostat in nest app

I've had 2 nest learning thermostats in 2 separate locations for years.  Both working great. Yesterday the thermostat in my main home doesn't show in the nest app but does show in the home app. The other thermostat does show in the nest app.  How can I reconnect my main home thermostat to the nest app again?  The thermostat in question, my main home, says it is connected to an account.

Sorry for the late response but no worries, help is here. In this scenario, below you'll find the steps to reconnect your Nest Learning Thermostat back to your account:

• Go to Settings > Reset > Account Connection (This option will remove the current account)
• The thermostat will guide you through the reset process
• Once reset is done, go to your Nest App on your phone and Add Device.

Just in case the steps above don't work for you, perform a Factory Reset and set it up again.
