Lost thermostat on my app

Went on holiday and everything was working fine. Attempted to use app while away but couldn’t connect. Upon return I can turn heating and hot water on at thermostat- but the app doesn’t have the thermostat on it. But the schedule that was in the app seems to be working (don’t know if that’s saved in my iPhone app or in the thermostat).
How do I recover the app?
