Major problems to access my Nest Thermostat on my phone. My account maybe needs to be reset. I used my google account that supposed to send me a link to reset my account since last week but I can’t and it’s frustrating.

For further support with Google account recovery, I’d recommend posting in the Google Account community:

If you’re not able to recover your account after trying those steps, you may want to consider factory resetting your thermostat and setting it up again using a new account.
