None of those issues are mine. My issue is that this thermostat is almost non-responsive. When I press it the display goes to the menu, but I can’t change what is selected — rotating the sleeve does nothing. The thermostat only responds to being pressed. I can’t choose the temperature, can’t choose any settings.
To further complicate matters, the app says the thermostat is offline, not enough power to connect to WiFi.

Let's see what's going on with your thermostat. A few questions:
1. What type of Nest thermostat do you have?
2. When did it start happening?
3. Is the thermostat's display seated properly?
4. Are all the wires of your thermostat seated firmly in its terminals (with no loose or exposed wires)?
