Missing cable C

my nest works well two months, but last week it said missing cable C, I only have four cables, 

blue for Y

white for W

green for G

red for R 

so, I need another cable for C?

@Patrick_Caezza please can you help me? I can't pass another cable through the wall, my nest does not turn off de air conditioner.

The Google Nest Thermostat requires a C wire for certain HVAC systems.

If you use the Nest Compatibility Checker, it will have a note like the following which informs you that you might need a C wire to work correctly,

There are a couple of ways that you can add a C wire, one is using a spare wire in the thermostat cable if one exsists. the other is to Use the Google Nest Power Connector.

@EdwardT Hello, can you please me? My Nest use two AAA batteries, it should not requires cable C, but it has a sign that says missing cable C.
